Spiced tea, or as the Hindi would say Chai originated more than 5000 years ago in ancient royal India. This inspiring drink has been cherished for centuries and was served as a healing Ayurvedic beverage. The love for the traditional Indian Chai has inspired us at Lovechock to combine the power of cacao from South America with the aromatic Indian spices: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and black pepper. 

The Indian Chai spices are said to increase peace of mind as well as to preserve heart health. Although, to preserve heart health you shouldn’t consume high amounts of sweet goods. Luckily enough, we’ve used the very minimal amount (13 grams per tablet) of coconut blossom nectar. At Lovechock we only spice it up with loving aroma’s to stay true to the roots.
